Accounts Administrator - Edinburgh

Dickson Lewis are working with an established legal firm who are looking for an accounts administrator with experience of purchase ledger to join their existing team based in the City Centre of Edinburgh.

This vacancy comes at an exciting time in the company's development which includes new system implementation.  The role will help to embed new processes and procedures to improve the way they operate. As a key member of the team you will help challenge and develop how they operate driving continuous improvement.

Skills required: 

  • Purchase ledger mantainance 
  • Highly numerate with a can do attitude
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and a good eye for detail
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Experienced in the use of accounting and recording applications
  • Have the ability to prioritise work and meet tight deadlines
  • Previous experience of working in a legal environment is an advantage but not essential
