Dickson Lewis are currently working on an exciting opportunity for an experienced part-time Accounts Assistant for our client in the non-profit sector based in Edinburgh. Reporting to the Finance Manager you will be working in a small team maintaining purchase ledger records and providing administrative support. 
Check and process purchase ledger transactions
Reconcile purchase ledger on a monthly basis
Deal with queries from suppliers
Provide general administrative support
At least 3 years in a similar role
Competent using Microsoft, Word, Excel and Outlook
Proficient using Sage
Understanding of purchase ledger terminology
